End Property Tax
Fishback will eliminate property taxes on homestead properties. Floridians shouldn't be taxed out of their own homes. This is about letting families keep what they've earned and stay in the communities they built.
For generations, Florida families have worked hard to own their piece of the Sunshine State. Today, rising property taxes are forcing longtime residents out of their homes and their communities. Seniors who paid off their mortgages decades ago are being priced out. Young families can barely afford a down payment, let alone the annual tax bill.
You work your whole life to buy a house, and then you have to keep paying the government just to live in it? That's not ownership. That's renting from the state.
I'm fighting so every Floridian can earn a great-paying job, buy a home, raise a family, and retire with dignity.

When private equity buys up neighborhoods, it drives up prices and turns homeowners into renters. In some Florida communities, institutional investors now own a significant percentage of single-family homes. They outbid families with cash offers, then charge inflated rent.
You've got young couples who were born and raised in Florida, whose grandparents are buried here, and they can't afford to buy a home because BlackRock and Blackstone are outbidding them with cash. That's not a free market. That's a rigged market.

These massive facilities consume enormous amounts of power—sometimes as much as a small city—to power and cool the servers that run artificial intelligence systems. As tech companies race to build these facilities, communities across America are seeing their power bills spike.
Big Tech companies are making billions from AI. They should build their data centers somewhere else—not in Florida where our families are already struggling with the cost of living.
The idea that we have to shoulder the burdens of what others are doing—there's a word for that. It's called socialism.
I've said I'm going to stop construction of any A.I. data center that threatens to jack up our electric bills. It's just common sense.
Immigration Moratorium
Complete halt to immigration. Fire all H-1B visa holders from state government on Day One. End contracts with companies using H-1B workers. Florida jobs for Floridians.
My father's landscaping business, which he ran for 20 years, collapsed when Obama's policies flooded the labor market with foreign workers. My family went on food stamps. We nearly went bankrupt.
I know what it's like to watch your family's livelihood disappear because of policies that put foreigners ahead of Americans. I will never let that happen to another Florida family.
Florida is our home, America is our birthright, and we will never let them steal it from us.
Every single foreign worker who has stolen a job from us will be relieved of their duties from state government by the time the sun sets on my first day in office.

Repeal hate speech laws that DeSantis signed. Fishback is the only candidate defending the First Amendment without exception.
Free speech is the foundation of American liberty. No government—not even a conservative one—should have the power to criminalize speech. Period.
Governor DeSantis signed hate speech legislation in Israel that limits what Floridians can say. I will repeal those laws. The government has no business policing speech, regardless of who it might offend.
The First Amendment will be on the ballot in Florida's 2026 governor's race. I am the only candidate who will unapologetically defend your God-given right to free speech.

I'll be the first to admit that I fell for the 'Israel is our greatest ally' scam and the lie that criticizing Israel is 'antisemitic.' But my job as Governor is to serve Floridians—not foreign governments.
$385 Million for Florida
The divested Israel Bond funds will create a Down Payment Assistance Program to help young Florida couples purchase their first homes.
We have young couples who were born here, raised here, whose grandparents are buried here—and they can't afford to buy a home. Meanwhile, we're investing hundreds of millions in foreign bonds? That's backwards.
I will refuse any dollar from AIPAC. I will not go to the country of Israel under any circumstances because my job is here at home.
OnlyFans Sin Tax
50% tax on OnlyFans creator income in Florida. Revenue funds teacher pay raises, school lunch improvements, crisis pregnancy centers, and a mental health program for men.
This is about protecting young women from exploitation and redirecting that money toward building a stronger society. Teachers deserve better pay. Boys and men deserve mental health support. Families deserve better schools.
The Mental Health Czar for Men would be the first position of its kind in any state government, addressing the crisis of male suicide, isolation, and untreated mental health conditions.
If you are a so-called OnlyFans creator in Florida, you are going to pay 50% to the state on whatever you so-called earn via that online degeneracy platform.
As Florida Governor, I will not let young, smart, and capable women be exploited by OnlyFans.

The uniform policy reduces economic disparities among students, minimizes distractions, and creates a focused learning environment. And with the $250 stipend, no family bears an unfair burden.
Strong schools are only possible with order and discipline. Enough with the tracksuits. Enough looking like the Migos in our public schools. You show up dressed for success.

For too long, Republicans have prioritized corporate interests over working families. I believe in free people over free markets. When the two come into conflict, I will always side with Florida families.
That means ending corporate immunity protections that let big companies hurt workers without consequences. It means standing up to Wall Street when they buy up our neighborhoods. It means saying no to Big Tech when they want to spike our electricity bills.
The economy should serve families, not the other way around.
